Open Shoshana → Settings → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and permanent: your profile, friendships, sharing sessions, location data, Petals and stats, private notes, places, and sign-in credentials are all removed.
Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my Shoshana account", sent from the email address linked to your account (or including the phone number you signed up with, so we can verify it's you). Your account and all associated data will be deleted within 30 days, and we'll confirm by reply.
Everything listed above, plus blocks you created or that referenced you, quick messages you sent or received, your group check-in responses, and notes friends kept about you. One exception: abuse reports (who reported whom, the reason, and when) are retained for safety review, so a report cannot be erased by deleting the account it points at. Residual copies in encrypted backups of our database provider (Google Firebase) expire automatically on their standard backup schedule.
