Mazkir has not been released to the public yet. This page describes version 1.0 as it will ship. Until then, five things described below or in the privacy policy are not in the app yet: the in-app “Delete account” button, reminder e-mails, web push notifications, the analytics switch and PostHog itself (no analytics is collected at all today), and crash reporting through Sentry (no error data is sent today).
To delete your data today, use the e-mail route below: write to [email protected] and it is done within 30 days. This note is removed when version 1.0 is released.
Open Mazkir โ Settings โ Account โ Delete account. The same path exists in the web app at mazkir.pages.dev, so you can do it from a browser without installing anything. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
Documents you filed in your own Google Drive are in your Google account, not ours, so deleting your Mazkir account does not touch them โ they remain yours to keep or delete in Drive. Mazkir's servers never held the document contents or the filenames in the first place. Residual copies of deleted rows in our database provider's encrypted backups (Supabase, EU region) expire automatically on its standard backup schedule.
Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my Mazkir account", sent from the email address linked to your account so we can verify it's you. Your account and all associated data will be deleted within 30 days, and we'll confirm by reply.
For what the app collects and why, see the Mazkir privacy policy.
